What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
- Content you create or upload: artwork, sample images, palettes and saved designs.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address and log data.
- Support messages you send us.
Payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed by Paddle, our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and provide the service.
- To process billing and manage your Premium subscription via Paddle.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and improve the product.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the providers needed to run the service: Paddle (payments, subscription management and invoicing, as Merchant of Record), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing nicky@colorflowsolutions.co.za. Deleting your account removes your saved designs and images from our systems, subject to records we must keep by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in will stop working without the essential ones.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
