Agung Pattern Studio Premium is a recurring digital subscription at R200 per month, operated by ColorFlow Solutions and billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record — charges on your card statement appear via Paddle.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Premium at any time from the customer portal (manage subscription) or by emailing nicky@colorflowsolutions.co.za. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Because Premium is a digital subscription with immediate access, we do not offer prorated cash refunds for unused days once access has been granted. The exceptions are where the law requires it, or where Paddle processes a refund for a billing error, an unauthorized charge, or your statutory consumer rights.

For any billing question, cancellation or refund request, email nicky@colorflowsolutions.co.za from the address on your account and we will assist you. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle; you can also visit paddle.net to look up or manage a charge.
