These terms are between you and ColorFlow Solutions, Unit 22, Northgate Business Park, Northgate Estate, Cape Town, 7405, South Africa ("we", "us"). Accounts and seats
You need a valid email address to create an account. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. A Premium subscription is per person: one email address equals one Premium user seat, and accounts may not be shared.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Studio: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringing others' intellectual property, and no interfering with the service (malware, probing, scraping or bypassing technical limits). You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Studio itself.
Your content and intellectual property
Artwork and images you upload remain yours. Generated and exported production files you create with the Studio are licensed to you for your own commercial use while your subscription is active. We retain ownership of the Studio, its software, documentation and branding. You give us a limited right to host and process your content only as needed to provide the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed by Paddle, our online reseller. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and your card statement will show charges via Paddle. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep the Studio reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. When access ends, your right to use the Studio ends; contact us within 30 days if you need to export saved work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes fall to the courts of Cape Town, South Africa, where workable.
